MarketSync Global LLC ("we") is the data controller for personal data processed through Natoify. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights under GDPR / UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, hashed password.
- Task data: prompts, agent steps, outputs, timestamps.
- Connected keys: encrypted with pgcrypto; we never log decrypted values.
- Telemetry: privacy-preserving page views, run latency, error rates.
How we use it
To run the service you asked us to run, to bill you, to keep the platform secure, and to improve product quality.
Model providers
Prompts are forwarded to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) under their enterprise terms with training opt-out. We do not train any model on your data.
Retention
Run history is kept for the window of your plan (Free 7d, Pro 90d, Team 12 months). Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent. Email privacy@natoify.com.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication and an optional analytics cookie that you can decline. No third-party advertising cookies, ever.
