These Terms govern your use of Natoify, an automation platform operated by MarketSync Global LLC ("MSG", "we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Natoify lets you describe a task in natural language and have an AI agent execute it on your behalf using third-party APIs you connect. You remain responsible for the actions the agent takes under your account, including any messages it sends and any data it processes.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials private. You are liable for all activity under your account until you tell us about a compromise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Natoify to:
- Send spam, phishing, or malware.
- Scrape or process personal data unlawfully.
- Build a competing AI orchestration product using our outputs.
- Attempt to extract our system prompts or jailbreak the agent for harmful ends.
4. Bring-your-own-key
When you connect API keys for third parties (Firecrawl, Scrape.do, Resend, OpenAI, etc.), you authorise Natoify to use them on your behalf strictly to fulfil the tasks you start. You remain bound by each provider's own terms and pay them directly.
5. Credits and billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Credits are non-transferable and do not roll over. Refunds are at our discretion and detailed in our FAQ.
6. Intellectual property
You own the inputs you provide and the outputs the agent produces for you. We retain all rights in the platform itself.
7. Warranty & liability
Natoify is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that put the platform at risk.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
